Abstract
“Supplier performance evaluation is a strategic activity in supply chain management carried out by PT. ME Engineering. Delphi approach is proposed to company for identifying supplier evaluation criteria in order to fit with company???s need currently. The priority weighting of evaluation criteria is also proposed by using the integration method of Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) and Analytical Network Process (ANP), so that the results can achieve company???s goal optimally. These criterias are summarized as variable accuracy of service, green process, and accuracy of delivery. Based on Delphi Analysis, it has been selected 14 criterias which is used on supplier performance evaluation. The result of analysis integration method DEMATEL and ANP mentioned that company is prioritizing 5 criterias out of 14 criterias that are accuracy of quality, green process, accuracy of delivery, green product, and send timeliness. The results show that PT. ABC is the best supplier in evaluation period from April ??? June 2012, while PT. GHI is the best supplier in evaluation period from July ??? September 2012. Based on analysis traffic light system, PT. ABC and PT. GHI have an excellence performance on 13 evaluation criterias, except on price criteria. PT. DEF has an excellence performance on all criteria which is used for evaluation. PT. JKL and PT. PQR show their advantages on quality accuracy and send timeliness. As for PT. MNO has good performance on quality accuracy.”
