Abstract

“This paper presents the problem of guaranteed cost output feedback controller design for uncertain neutral systems. The output feedback stabilization usually leaves the mathematical algorithm which not applicable, because of non-convexity and non-trivial computation task needs. To solve this kind of problems, we propose a sufficient condition for asymptotic stabilization by applying linear matrix inequalities (LMIs) feasible solutions. To show the usefulness of the proposed method, this method is applied to the DC motor of reaction wheel control design”
