Abstract

“For now days, education is one of many human???s needs. Especially for high education, the growth of number university in Indonesia have a rapid growth. Adbis TEBS Tel-U is a new organization (established at 2008) and ofcourse a new organization have a vision,mission also short and long term goal. The first and short term objective that Adbis TEBS Tel-U are the quality of university students (output). Here lecturers have a great responsibility in order to contribute produce the quality of universities output. Motivation is the process that describes the intensity, direction, and the endurance of an individual to achieve the goal. So this is will be background of the research to know motivation of the lecturers. The basic theory that researcher use is the two factors of motivation. The researcher spread 21 questionaire (21 is the sum of current Adbis TEBS lecturer) and the research included survey. This descriptive research use the continum line to explain how good the motivation. Overall the motivation of Adbis TEBS Tel-U is good. But there is one sub variable of hygiene called interpersonal has a bad value. So this is will be the basic background of the next research in order to increase the interpersonal value, total motivation and contribute to reach the first & short term goal of Adbis TEBS Tel-U.
