Abstract

“In this information and technology era like today, almost all transactional process can be done automatically and through electronic device. The growth of technology require all business to have fast and reliable data access and transactional process so that the business can maintain it???s position in industries. With more than 12 years experience in digital printing, CV. Trimatra Unggul Sadaya have been able to serve a lot of project in printing field, but with the growth of the market and other competitor in the same field, CV. Triamtra Unggul Sadaya must be able to maintain the business, one of the solution is making a breakthrough like adding online printing service and start transforming from conventional business to e-business.

In this e-Business design, quetionaire are being used to gather information from customer and using QFD to know the feature detail of what customer wants in online printing website. Microsoft excel are being used to process the data and run the validity test. E-Service Quality dimension is used for determining the parameter of QFD. From the analysis the technical requirement that being the highest priority from customer for online printing website feature is the suitability of information.”
