How To Create Creative Advertising Using Social Media

Abstract

Creativity is something unusual, or we can said creativity is create our own imagination that we called out of the box. Creativity can be applied in many ways of creativity, not just only in one things behind but in many things ahead.
In communication, peoples need to be creatived, to spoke with each others need to be creatived. Creative peoples can answered many things of questions in many ways of answered, with a good brilliant answered off course. One of many kinds of communication???s elements that should had creativity elements are media. Why do peoples need to be creative when they???ve choose some media to use in their advertising needed? The answered are many kind of answer, depended on the goals that human???s minded. Some of the answer of that question are to make an effective marketing???s goals, to delivered some information from products that companies wanted to share with consumers, to entertaint customers, etc.
There’s some words said ???Advertising is The Price Of Being Boring, Word Of Mouth is The Fruit Of Being Interesting??? (Sumardy,Silviana, Melone; The Power Of Word Of Mouth Marketing; pg: 39:2011). So, we can said that many peoples had some opinion about the word of mouth marketing is more effective and lower cost than the advertising, but today those opinion can being pro and contra, because today an advertising can being more effective advertising by using some social media. Social media marketing is a fresh new way of interacting that has already left many old marketing rules in the dust (e-book by AuthorityDomains.com, Communicate Better With Social Media Marketing, pg:5, USA). So, if companies want to create some marketing activities using an effectively advertising, today, they can use a social media tools with many creative things build by them self, improved creativity in social media that they???ll choose for do some marketing activities in their companies.
In this research, the author use qualitative method, approach by doing Focus Group Discussion (FGD) with some business peoples whiches doing some marketing activities that using social media as their advertising tools. There???re 25 participants who will be joined in this Focus Group Discussion. Participants coming from Bandung, Jakarta, and Surabaya, Indonesia. After that, author will written down by note all important items that she get in FGD such as a resulted from topic discussion, a resulted from interviews, and applied it on paper research.
Result from this research is author want to know about social media creativity that using by some peoples whiches using that tools for doing some marketing activities on their business.
