E-Procurement Application Design for Micro and Small Enterprise in Indonesia

Abstract
The number of small and micro companies in Indonesia experienced significant growth compared to large companies. One of the factors that affect the sustainability growth is the efficiency of the process, both in production and managerial implementation, especially in procurement activities in the manufacturing industry. Procurement process starts from the activity of demand for goods, ordering goods, goods receipt to warehouse, and payment processing. In fact, the procurement process often experienced problems caused by unintegrated system between business function within enterprise. E-procurement is solution for the problem. The aim of this research is to design of application which can handle procurement processes. System is designed using flow chart diagram, data flow diagram, and Entity Relationship Model. Designed applications can handle the purchase requisition, purchase order, goods receipt, invoice verification, payment processing and automatically generate accounting journal.
