Abstract

Knowledge Telkom University is a higher education institution which is owned by Telkom Education Foundation. This Telkom University establishment was originated from four different institutions named Telkom Institute of Technology, Telkom Institute of Management, Telkom Polytechnic and Telkom School of Art and Design. After dissolving become a University, Telkom University currently consist of 26 study programs. This research attempts to determine various perceptions in the knowledge sharing process among lecturers in each faculty. Knowledge sharing is required for any organization without enclose in higher education which the intention of higher education itself is to generate and create scholars who attained better quality, skill, characteristics and affordable to compete in the workforce. There are factors considered to measure regards on knowledge sharing process by the end of success or unsuccessful. This research evaluates 11 variables to measure knowledge sharing process in Telkom University. On the basis of ANOVA approach, this research detects two variables merely which indicate dissimilar perception among faculty, called normative belief and reward. These finding variables indicate that lectures still presuming rewards given from Institution on behalf of knowledge sharing process are inadequate yet. Nevertheless based on computation, this research indicates that faculties in Telkom University entireties have been comprehend that knowledge sharing become strategic activity in higher education which imperative to undertaken and organize continuously to achieve the aims the best quality scholars.
