Abstract

“Every business process requires an interpretation that gives an overview of the business processes in general. In i-gracias information systems in Telkom University, there are several business processes facilitated by the information system, one of them is lecturing application. Lecturing business process runs every day during class activity by the faculty members, but there are no standard procedures in lecturing applications. Process mining is a technique for process modeling and usually applying to a particular algorithm. This research used heuristic miner algorithm as a discovery process algorithm. The results of this study indicate that there are two main models that consist of 1197 cases on lecturers and 8964 cases on students. Based on the conformance checking shows that lecturer has fitness, structure, flexibility and precision by 0.845, 1, 0.326 and 0.548 respectively, whereas student has fitness, structure, flexibility and precision by 0.866, 1, 0.337, and 0804.”
