Abstract

“ASEAN Market as high the competitiveness region with development of economical evenly as well as intgrated by the economy of world. Learning organization can be as one of program to prepare Indonesian labor order to be able to compete in ASEAN Market. Learning organization give the opportunity for members to keep learning and transform themselves.This Research aim to explain characteristic and dimension in learning organization, as well as restriction factor which could be happened on the impelementation of the program learning organization. Method of the research which is used technique descriptive qualitative analysis by study of literature. Described the application of Learning Organization as one of the efforts prepared human resources to be able to compete in ASEAN Market.”
